I am a mediator/negotiator/consultant with an extensive background in construction, too. It is fitting that I have a specialty, although not an exclusive one, of promoting cooperation and harmony related to the construction industry. My business is called Conscious Cooperation Corp. http://consciouscooperation.com (still a little under remodeling) I try to get to people well before they begin any project to provide an opportunity to come together in a way that builds openness, trust, mutual success and enjoyment, along with cost effectiveness. My basic approach actually applies to much of life, not just construction. Aside from that I enjoy writing in general, spirituality, nature and exeercise, good company and reading.
