I live in the United States, but I wish i lived in Europe. I have the travel bug and have always dreamed of traveling around the world! I want to live either in France, Australia, or the UK when I grow up. I'm a pretty unique individual. In my class, who will be going into highschool come this fall, there aren't a lot of people who are like-minded. There are only 2 great teachers who I absolutely love. One salsa dances and plays the guitar and travels to Latin America. And the other bikes, swims, and rock climbs. Both of them have a very positive outlook on life and so they are fantastic role models for me. I love being real. I hate American news and stereotypes and makeup and all that- its total bs. My family and I are organic and my father is pretty radical. So, coming from a organic, hippy peace & love sort of family, I knew I was bound to turn out to be a radical, real individual- and I am!!
MY MESSAGES:

Hi there,

Thanks for your message, I'm sorry I took so long to respond but frankly I am just getting used to the site and haven't really integrated it into my daily life! You sound very different indeed for someone your age, but that's great! Our differences and uniqueness are what bring the world so much richness and you will find many more people like you as you grow up. Everything starts with dreams and if you really want to live in Europe or go salsa dancing in Rio, nothing can stop you and where there is a will + faith, there is a way! So enjoy your radically, real life to the max, that's what I am trying to do!

Cheers Mina

Hey RI4L: I just saw you message. Thanks. I think Eckhart is way cool. I surf on the Central Coast of California. And I messed up on the age thing... I'm not really 1 year old! But then age is relative...

Did you check out my favorite websites? I'm involved with a rad project in Central Africa/Democratic Republic of the Congo called Working Villages International. I posted a story about it on the exchange. Read it and let me know what you think. I think this prototype village has the potential to positively change the economy in that country. Frankly, I'm concerned in helping the poor wildlife that is threatened there. The people are so poor, they have nothing. So they cut down the trees in the protected forests for cooking fuel. But these trees and the park they are in is home to the endangered mountain gorilla. At this rate of habitat loss through deforestation, the mountain gorilla will probably be extinct in about 10 years. I'm hopeful that this project will have the effect of helping the people in a very real way so that they won't have to cut down the trees. The village offers what are called biogas digesters which will take garbage and turn it into cooking fuel.

Anyway, check it out and let me know what you think!

Nice title: Radical Individual for Life, it summarizes well an important way to go. :-)
