I have been a collaborative public policy mediator and facilitator since the early 1980s and have specialized in natural resource, environmental and Native American issues. I have recently retired and am concentrating now on mentoring and writing online about collaboration in a blog called Cross Collaborate (http://www.crosscollaborate.com). I also have a deep interest in methods and concepts of organization development and change management, including Open Space Technology, Future Search, Appreciative Inquiry and others. Online collaboration is an important tool I am actively exploring and writing about.
