I've been involved in energy efficiency and program development for about 30 years; co-developer and manager of the first green building program in Austin, TX; coined the term "green builder" in the early 90s; interested in healthy, efficient buildings and communities.
MY MESSAGES:

Today there is a palpable sense of possibility in the wake of Barack Obama's historic election as the 44th President of the United States. There must surely be a collective sigh of relief around the world. Now comes the hard part.
