family and community are the backbone of or the "force" as you have put it which can be utilized to facilitate learning. Each community has in itself a wealth of knowledge often times hidden beneath its surface that when tapped into and shared amongst the community members promotes not only learning but fosters growth of not just the communities but its members as well. When communities learn and grow so do its members.
