I am a physical therapist who is now staying at home with my 3 year old and 1 year old sons. I love yoga and would like to teach one day and become a certified yoga therapist combining yoga and PT. I enjoy, skiing, hiking and the beach and spending time with my family and friends. I believe the Earth is our mother and we need to pay more attention to her and how we are affecting her in our everyday life.
