I'm 63 years young and very much involved in living a healthy lifestyle which has always included being aware of the environment. I'm excited to see so many more people becoming aware and helping to make the changes needed towards a better world for everyone.
I love the outdoors, I spent my 40's and early 50's rocking climbing in the Gunks near my home in the Hudson Valley area of NYS. I live near the Hudson River now and kayak when I'm not busy teaching exercise and working as a health educator and esthetician.
I love dancing, good stimulating conversations and laughter!
