Married woman living with my husband in our home in Altadena, Ca. Together we teach podcasting through webinars and live classes in our studio; we also produce 4 ongoing podcasts and are going to add another, shortly. The reason we started podcasting was to promote my business and a health, life, fitness teacher and to acquaint people with my three books: "Revvellutionize Your Life in 30 Days ~ a Self-Empowering Playbook", "Smoothies and Smoozies for Life" and "10 Most Asked Questions About Raw Food" (currently a free ebooklet available on my site).
