Nympheia – ontdek een nieuwe ervaring van welzijn! bied op diverse locaties in de regio Zandvoort, Haarlem, Heemstede en Bloemendaal cursussen, lezingen en workshops aan in Kundalini yoga, yoga voor kids en tieners, business yoga, meditatie, vrouwenverwendagen, Ayurvedisch koken en Ayurvedische aromatherapie. Daarnaast organiseert Nympheia regelmatig ontspanningsreizen en reinigingskuren voor geest, ziel en lichaam in het binnen en buitenland.
Nadat Alena Zastrow (Deva Mandeep Kaur) - oprichtster van Nympheia jaren geleden diep geraakt werd door de bijzondere kennis en holistische benadering van de Ayurveda, Aromatherapie en energetisch lichaamswerk, heeft zij besloten om deze kennis met elkaar te combineren. Zij is geboren in Berlijn, is Reiki Master, gediplomeerd Ayurvedisch- en Aromatherapeute, Kundalini Yoga docente (3HO) en Meditatie docente (OSHO). Daarnaast is zij geschoold in Healing Touch en Sat Nam Rasayan (energetisch lichaamswerk).
