As a studied business engineer I’ve been looking at organizations and teams as living systems. Trying to find what brings new life, what effort would reenforce the natural flow of energy, the joys of working together on a joint goal. I’ve looked for new ways of organizational change and have found appreciative inquiry, open space, organizational constellations, and systemic conversations. And I have found the power of respect, and listening and togetherness as thriving powers coming to us the moment we tune into life’s undertow. I am a consultant, coach and speaker since 1990, being inside all kinds of organizations from highschools to hospitals, from projectdevelopers to womens abuce support. I enjoy the diversity of working one-on-one and supporting a team of managers. As I enjoy the stillness of writing poems. I have published some of my poems in 2008.
