Hello: What a delight to introduce myself to the Ode community! I am Patty Darcy, a wise elder reaching out to remain ever vital, playful, grateful and giving to the world around me. In a nutshell, for more than 30 years I have prioritized being caregiver and parent advocate for my now adult son with disabilities due to traumatic brain injury, and have made it my business to keep my own as well as his spirits up during the roller coaster ride of this life changing commitment in care.
