As the Founder of the ENCORE Career Institute, and one of its principal coaches, my mission is to help people define and create their ENCORE Careers. I work with people who have come to a point in their lives where they are redefining their relationship with the workforce. Sometimes they are 30-year "company men" who want to strike out on their own. Or they may be empty-nesters who want to get back into the workforce after a long absence. Sometimes small business owners, tired of the responsibility and endless hours, turn to our programs to explore their options regarding a new path. No matter where they are coming from, our students share some things in common. They want to perform meaningful work in the second half of their lives. They want to make a positive impact on the world around them, and perhaps even in society at large. They want to align their work-lives with their core beliefs around self, family, spirituality, and community. I have the best job in the world. I help people achieve goals that reflect their highest and best selves, and in so doing make the world a better place. I'd love to hear from you.
