Impossible. How do i convey who i am in just these few lines…of words? Quiet … Shy … Introspective … Loner … Intense … Passionate … Inquisitive … Misfit Always observing. When i stand back to observe the World, i see an explosive number of possibilities. They are being actively pursued on the technical/material level, but not on the social/’spiritual’ level. I want to bring light to those overlooked possibilities. I do this by developing workshop programs locally. My philosophy is not only to broaden my perspectives but also to apply my understandings as best i can. So i thrive in a World of diversity. I marvel at a World full of lone rangers. I flourish in a World full of varying, principled views. I find fascination in Art, in Science, in Technology, in Spirituality. This can all be summed up in my passion for Star Trek (absent its military overtones), for ideas that touch the fringes of our thinking. Yet i often yearn to shuck it all and live in a remote mountain cabin ... the quiet, the solitude, Nature. My experiences exemplify who i am – curiously diverse. I have studied, lived and worked on Wall Street (NYC), Switzerland, Germany, Russia, Florida…for myself, NYU, AC Nielsen, Microsoft, … as Investor, Arbitrager, Venture Capitalist, Programmer, Systems Designer, Entrepreneur, Waiter (a really, really bad one). Presently, i am experimenting with writing and ‘teaching’. My approach is unconventional. I live in Seattle, but think borders are not the optimum way to live. (My congrats to the EU.) Politics plays a key role in my daily activities. I am deeply ashamed of the dominate leadership in the US government, corporations, and universities. My disappointment extends to the vast populace which has chosen to accept such leadership. Nevertheless, i see an amazing number of people engaged in phenomenal, ethical feats. These feats are what exemplify the exciting capabilities in each of us. And this is where my focus lies. It is a frakken fantastic time to be alive.
