As a consultant for the past 20 years and author of the forthcoming book, Awaken Leadership, I've worked with companies of all sizes to improve leadership, develop and strengthen culture while improving performance. My ethics and values work is a natural outgrowth of my interest in leadership and change.

Relationships are so hard. As we grow and develop spiritually energy becomes a key experience and a challenging thing to master. As people develop at different levels and speeds working with and taking responsibility for our own energy and working with that of others seems very difficult and challenging. How can you even have a discussion if one party denies the experience or even the reality of the experience?
