Leadership Development

Discussions on leadership that seeks to be visionary, sensitive to community and people, and can practically deliver on bold initiatives.

Led by Cindy Marteney, an executive coach and principal of The Marteney Group (www.themarteneygroup.com), this group welcomes questions about entrepreneurship as well as corporate leadership topics.

Entrepreneurial topics include: marketing, positioning, customer segmentation, selling ideas to investors and consumers, and navigating the start-up mode.

Corporate topics include: enrolling others in change, team dynamics, giving feedback, emotional intelligence, coordinating action with others, etc.


GROUP MESSAGES:

My motives are for the environment, but I love business, almost as much as I love the outdoors. Within the project I have been able to translate these ideals into amazing economic savings, but I need to be able to successfully stress the importance of the triple bottom line (including social and environmental concerns) to businessmen who operate solely on the traditional bottom line.

I am an entrepreneur at heart, and my passion for and belief in these ideals are the most important ingredients; however I would very much appreciate any advice for my first big opportunity.
