Human Being Development
I would like to find and share ideas and experience with the devellopment of the full potential of Human Beingness in organisations. Organisations tend to think in terms of: "improving the added value of the employee to the organisation" in order to get results. This approach tends to deny the intrinsic evolution of individuals, groups and man kind. I want to explore what improves the added value of the organisation for it's individuals, groups and man kind. You might call it social ecology but htere's a difference. In Ecological terms you would act to get economic results but not not to do harm while doing it. I am interested in ways to enhance Human Beingness and its logical evolution in organisations.
