Homemade Christmas Gifts

There are several reasons why I don't like shopping for Christmas gifts. For one, I near sudden panic attacks when I get too close to the mall anytime after Thanksgiving due to all the crowds. Second, I don't feel like Christmas should be about the price tag of a gift. I also have a had time saving money to buys gifts for all my friends and family. Last but not least, I think the best gifts are the ones that come from the heart.

I would like to make some homemade gifts and am hoping I will get some inspiration from Ode Readers. Any ideas on what to make this year?


GROUP MESSAGES:

I make an assortment of sweets for all of my family, friends and co-workers. I usually go with cookies, but this year I am going to try making candy. The best part about dong this is that my kids love to help out in the making process...especially with the icing!
