Multiply TAX on PUBLICITY (2x or 3x, ...) for healthier economy and society.

I have made a proposal at the petition site which you might find interesting:

Multiply TAX on PUBLICITY (2x or 3x, ...) specially in the mass-media and specially for multinationals

Luxury goods in many countries have a higher tax-rate than consumer or essential goods. This same strategy should be applied on publicity.

To increase TAX on PUBLICITY (multiply by 2, 3, ...) in mass-media would have important positive effects on the economy and the society as a whole, it is a simple mechanism that could yield:

1 - More tax income from the ones that can and should afford it.

2 - Funds for social goals.

3 - Mentally healthier, less possession-oriented, individuals and society.
